How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive. The shop is closed between 20th December and 2nd January each year.

My order hasn't arrived after 14 working days
Please check the release date on the product page of the item(s) you have ordered. Pre-orders will be clearly marked with an estimated release date.

How will it be delivered?
This will be dependent on the size of your order, but all UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail or one of our preferred courier services.

Delivery rates
All prices are inclusive of VAT (at the current rate of 20%). Free UK and Ireland delivery on all items.

Regions
All DVDs and Blu-rays are Region B/2 and may not work outside of Europe.
